Warranty<\/h3>\n

Most products come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults and a 30-day return option if you’re not happy with the product or need to exchange it for a different size (see conditions below).<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h3>\n

WHAT can be returned?<\/strong>
\nYou may return most new, unopened items, or clean ‘as new’ LightRider Bridles, for a full refund. Shipping is at your expense.<\/p>\n

WHEN do items need to be returned?<\/strong>
\nWithin 30 days\u00a0of delivery.<\/p>\n

How do I return items?<\/strong>
\nIf you need to return an item, please Contact Us<\/a> for a Return Form. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING for returns<\/strong>
\nOriginal shipping rates are not refundable.\u00a0\u00a0Returns for faulty products will be shipped at our expense but all other returns (change of size etc.) must be paid for by the customer.<\/p>\n

A return, postpaid, self-addressed envelope or satchel can be included when exchanging items or ask us for the best shipping rate.<\/p>\n

CREDIT for returns<\/strong>
\nA refund or store credit will be applied when an item isn’t being exchanged. Please state your preference.<\/p>\n

Packing materials<\/strong>
\nPlease return your items in their original packaging where possible.\u00a0Returns valued at over\u00a0AU\u00a0$100.00<\/span> must be sent via a shipping method that enables tracking, or you will be liable for any goods that don’t arrive. The same applies to return parcels when exchanging.<\/p>\n

Shipping Information<\/h3>\n

We ship every Tuesday and Friday morning<\/strong> for orders placed before 9 a.m. that day \u2013 Minerals are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so the order cut-off is 11 a.m. Monday and Thursday. We ship from Tasmania, Australia, and operate our business from a rural home – we’re horse people just like you!<\/p>\n

Tracking within Australia:<\/strong> All E-parcel shipping is trackable, as are Express Post and Regular Satchels.
\nExpress Post Satchels don\u2019t require a signature for delivery, and we assume no responsibility for the item.
\nIf you want secure (signed for) express delivery, please select Express e-parcel.<\/p>\n

Tracking for International shipping<\/strong> to destinations outside of Australia:
\nPack & Track and Express Courier International can be tracked by the customer. Items using these services will be replaced if they do not arrive, so we suggest selecting one of these shipping options for orders valued over\u00a0AU\u00a0$100.00<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Customs & Import Tax<\/strong>: Each country charges different import\/customs duties except the USA where these are included at the time of purchase.\u00a0 Threshold and rates vary \u2013 you can calculate them here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Responsibility for Delivery:<\/strong> Australia Post has changed its signature policy and now leaves items in a safe place if there is no one to sign for them. Please add instructions if you don\u2019t want this to happen or if you have a preference for where to leave your parcel.<\/p>\n

Delivery Times:<\/strong>\u00a0When you select a shipping option, the\u00a0estimated<\/strong>\u00a0delivery times will be shown. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
\nPlease check with your local post office to see if they are holding an item for you before contacting us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within Australia \u2013 E-Parcel: 5-7 business days (signature required for delivery)
\nWithin Australia \u2013 Express post: 1-2 business days (No signature required but we don\u2019t accept responsibility for items not received).<\/p>\n

Pack & Track International:<\/strong> 7-14 business days + customs processing.<\/p>\n

Express Courier International:<\/strong> 2-7 business days + customs processing.<\/p>\n

These shipping times are estimates (by Australia Post)\u00a0so are not guaranteed as customs\/delivery services in your country can take longer.<\/p>\n
