Warranty

Most products come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults and a 30-day return option if you’re not happy with the product or need to exchange it for a different size (see conditions below).

Returns

WHAT can be returned?
You may return most new, unopened items, or clean ‘as new’ LightRider Bridles, for a full refund. Shipping is at your expense.

WHEN do items need to be returned?
Within 30 days of delivery.

WHERE do items need to be returned?
Natural Horse World, 80 Dam Rd, Saltwater River. 7186. Tasmania, Australia.

How do I return items?
If you need to return an item, please email us for a Return Form. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING for returns
Original shipping rates are not refundable.  Returns for faulty products will be shipped at our expense but all other returns (change of size etc.) must be paid for by the customer.

A return, postpaid, self-addressed package/satchel must be included when exchanging items.

CREDIT for returns
A refund or store credit will be applied when an item isn’t being exchanged. Please state your preference.

Packing materials
Please return your items in their original packaging where possible. Returns valued at over AU $100.00 must be sent via a shipping method that enables tracking, or you will be liable for any goods that don’t arrive. The same applies to return parcels when exchanging.

Shipping Information

We ship every Tuesday and Friday morning for orders placed before 9 a.m. that day – Minerals are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so the order cut-off is 11 a.m. Monday and Thursday. We ship from Tasmania, Australia, and operate our business from a rural home because we’re horse people just like you!

Tracking within Australia: All E-parcel shipping is trackable, as are Express Post and Regular Satchels.
Express Post Satchels don’t require a signature for delivery, and we assume no responsibility for the item.
If you want secure (signed for) express delivery, please select Express e-parcel.

Tracking for International shipping to destinations outside of Australia:
Pack & Track and Express Courier International can be tracked by the customer. Items using these services will be replaced if they do not arrive, so we suggest selecting one of these shipping options for orders valued over AU $100.00.

Customs & Import Tax: Each country charges different import/customs tax so it’s important you’re aware of this. Threshold and rates vary – you can calculate them here.

Responsibility for Delivery: Australia Post has changed its signature policy and now leaves items in a safe place if there is no one to sign for them. Please add instructions if you don’t want this to happen or if you have a preference for where to leave your parcel.

Delivery Times: When you select a shipping option, the estimated delivery times will be shown. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
Please check with your local post office to see if they are holding an item for you before contacting us.

Estimated delivery times are: 

Within Australia – E-Parcel: 5-7 business days (signature required for delivery)
Within Australia – Express post: 1-2 business days (No signature required but we don’t accept responsibility for items not received).

Pack & Track International: 7-10 business days + customs processing.

Express Courier International: 2-5 business days + customs processing.

These shipping times are estimates (by Australia Post) so are not guaranteed as customs/delivery services in your country can take longer.

A tracking number (if applicable for the service) will be automatically emailed to you upon shipping. Please check your junk mail if it doesn’t appear.
