To check the correct size for a LightRider Bitless Bridle, please take the following measurements using a piece of string or flexible tape:

1 – Around the nose (3-4 fingers below the cheekbones where a cavesson sits above the nostril cavities – as shown at 1a).
2 – Over the poll (head) from and to each side of the noseband.

You can use your horse’s halter noseband as a guide, remembering the bridle may sit a little lower than a halter.

General Size Recommendations:

Mini: up to 9hh

Small Pony: 9-11hh

Pony: 11-14hh

Cob: 14 – 15hh (some heavy cobs may need full size) Arabians close to 14hh may need pony size.

Full: 15.1 – 17hh (includes some warmblood breeds unless very heavy)

Warmblood/Draft: 17.1hh + (Draft breeds that are shorter ie: from 15.2hh may need this size.)
