Made from 10mm marine-grade poly rope with a beautiful contrasting button knot for easy fastening with no need for a rein clip.
- Lighter than the 12 or 14mm rope reins to enable good chinstrap release but still feel great.
- The flat loop ends have internal hand stitching, while the tail end is back spliced for extra weight and a neat finish complete with leather popper.
- Each rein is 2.15m (7 feet) long with a leather popper at one end.
- Available in black, black/gold zig zag, copper brown or brown/gold zig zag.

I love these reins. Attached with a simple knot they are so light around my horse’s mouth that he really listens to my hands. But that’s not all, when he is hesitant about being the lead horse, the rein is long enough to flip from side to side and works as a polite riding crop- I flick my own shoulders with the leather end and Othello responds by moving forward. I would call them ‘gentle language reins’!
